The AboitizLand Community Tour

Molave Highlands is built ideally for a solemn living with Mother Nature’s help. In Molave Highlands, one can take advantage of its amenities built around nature. The Molave Tree Park and The Indigenous Tree Sanctuary are ideal places to chill out and be one with nature after a day’s hard work. If you’re a health buff, a jogging path is conveniently paved inside the community. Like all Made-for-Life communities, a Club house is situated within the village where families can celebrate memorable get-togethers while chilling-out on a great view of the city and the nature’s greenscape. A small swimming pool, a play court, and a play ground are also present in this Made-for-Life village.

Mahogany Grove

Mahogany Grove is another AboitizLand’s Made-for-Life Community. It is located in Talamban, Cebu City. During its launch a few years ago the entire 84 lots were blocked off on the launching day itself. This Made-for-Life Community is a 5.8 hectare village with concepts focusing on the spirit of community-building and nurturing sociable relationships.

Mahogany Grove is a close-knit community where vecinos regularly celebrate fiestas, picnics and other outdoor activities which truly foster neighborly ties. In Mahogany Grove, one can call the community – a home.

Pristina North

Though we have been in this made-for-life community during the First Bite Bloggers Party, AboitizLand took us back to the village for the benefit of those who haven’t been there yet. Pristina North is located in baranggay Talamban and baranggay Bacayan in Cebu City. It is suitably accessible by cars, cabs, and the public utility vehicles. The Pristina North is another flagship development of AboitizLand being the first integrated residential community with utilities (electric, water, etc) built underground. This Made-for-Life Village is a tribute to Filipino-Asian Architecture. Pristina North offers a hassle-free living where shopping and playing is just around the corner.

My Perspective

Oh well, despite the lack of sleep I pretty much enjoyed the tour (The last time I slept was on Thursday). I thought the weather wouldn’t really cooperate but having Atenean101 (ATI – Anak ni Mother Nature) on the tour made it all worthwhile; Mother Nature knows how to protect her children. LOL. Peace ATI. You see, after getting off from work-on-a-restday stint in the office I had to take a cab to the rendezvous area (Jollibee corner A.S. Fortuna and Highway Mandaue) thinking that I’m already late. Sadly, I was one of the firsts (actually second only to Jerry. LOL). Anyhoots, it was 9AM (I guess) when we were on our way to our first stop (Molave Highlands). I thought the trip wouldn’t be as eventful knowing that some of us just got off from the night shift (Guada, Vernon, Jorich, Mark, and yours truly) but it was the other way around. The tour was amazing and describing it as “fun” would just be an understatement.

On the other hand, the Aboitizland Team was pretty much a great company too! All of them were very friendly and accommodating. They all provided great insights and overviews on all the Made-for-Life Communities we visited. It was a great experience, you guys! The trip wouldn’t be half as fun without you guys! Thanks!

Hell yeah! I am in awe because of the communities, the houses, the amenities, and the views we visited. It made me realize that somehow I should be investing on Made-for-Life Communities such as the ones we visited.

Well, I almost forgot the Beach Chair I won. I repeat, I WON. LOL. There were only 9 of us who were smart, uh I mean, lucky enough to answer the questions. To those who were unlucky, I mean – to those who didn’t get the chance to grab the prize I’ll let you borrow it; just contact me. LOL. Again, Thank you AboitizLand Team! Until the next events.

Cheers to you all!

Oh wait, CamWhorage!
