December 27, 2009 – A day after my brother’s wedding my family and a few of our closest relatives went out to have some quality time together. The plan was supposed to be for the River Rafting in Cagayan de Oro however we weren’t able to book the reservation ahead so it dawned on most of us to spend the time in the mountains. So, we all decided to have a picnic in the newest attraction in Bukidnon – The Zipzone: Dahilayan Adventure Park.
The Zipzone: Dahilayan Adventure Park is said to have the longest dual zip line in Asia. The main zip line is 840 meters in length and is hovering over a well-kept landscape and pine trees. Dahilayan Adventure Park is located approximately 15 kilometers from Camp Philipps, Manolo Fortich, Bukidnon. It is conveniently accessible by four-wheel drive vehicles (given its dirt road). The Dahilayan Adventure Park opened last September 2009 which offers an exhilarating 3-course zip lines and off-road activities.
The main attraction of the adventure park is the 840 meters zip line. Two smaller zip lines are also available with 320 and 150 meters in length respectively. If one is too scared to try the 3 zip lines then one can try riding the motors available for the off-roads. Soon to open will be the obstacle courses and the wall-climbing facilities.
The Dahilayan Adventure Park is a great place to experience the exhilarating adrenaline rush while savouring the smell of the fresh pine trees and fog surrounding the nearby mountains. The trip to the adventure park is guaranteed to be fun and memorable.

Hi Calvin, you can take a Van from the South Bound Terminal in Gusa, CDO. It should take you to Camp Philipps, Bukidnon then try asking for any rides going to Dahilayan. It’s kinda far though considering it’s a dirt road. When are you planning to go by the way? I’m goin’ there this first week of March.
thanks for the info man. my wife and i are going there on feb 26 (friday). was hoping to find some people to split the cost of transpo.
sa 25 rafting sana kami pero mukhang mahirap since it’s a thursday so walang mga groups na pwedeng salihan? would you know how the two of us can go rafting on a weekday?

Calvin,
You might want to check with the rafting schedules and ask directly if they can spare you a slot. I forgot the website though. Please note that the zipline is a first-come first-serve basis only. It would be great if you go early. Anyway, I am going home this March 3 for the zip line.
markee, how much r d rides??? & can a toddler ride w/ mom. want to take lenzi when i fly by wire…
Wella, Intro Price is only 500php but I don’t think you can bring a toddler during the rides. It’s pretty scary.
what is the website of the park where we can do online booking??
anyone knows? i needed it, it’s urgent… Thanks!
Hi Paris.
I’m not sure if they accept online reservations. The last time we were there, it was on first-come first-serve basis. You may want to check their official site here: http://www.dahilayanadventurepark.com/
Let me know if you need anything else. I’m pretty much familiar with the place.
